Juneau Family Photographer | Lombard Family

I had photographed part of the Lombard family before, here, but was so happy they contacted me again to photograph their whole family while everyone was in town! They are such a fun, tight-knit group and I had a wonderful time getting to capture their time together.

And how cute are all the grandchildren?! I love that they have so many kiddos around the same age, these cousins will have so much fun growing up together. I died when I saw the twins in their coordinating outfits! SO cute.

They chose my top package, which includes a gorgeous leather bound album with 20 pages full of their images. I had already wrapped it up to present to them when I took the top picture, but I loved getting to see their faces as they went through the album together. BEST part of my job!

Juneau Family Photographer | Brown Family

I was so excited to have the opportunity to photograph the Brown family, as a bunch of photographers themselves I knew I'd have to up my game a bit for this fun group! We set out for Point Louisa here in Juneau, somewhere I'd never been until they suggested it for our session, an absolutely breathtaking spot in Northern Juneau. The weather cooperated and the sun was even shining...perfect night and location to photograph a beautiful family.

Here's what Jennifer had to say about the session...

"I have followed Mallorie's ethereal photography online for quite awhile so I was thrilled to have her do my family photos. Not only were the results outstanding, but she captured everyone's personalities to a "T". I love that she took the posed shots of all of us together as well as that she was observant enough to capture some amazing candids. These unexpected treasures quickly became some of my favorites from the day.

Mallorie also had a magic way with incorporating the natural elements into her compositions. She used the hint of sunlit grass and the rising expanse of the Alaskan mountainside as a backdrop all while still having my family as the primary attraction... pretty amazing to see!
