Austin Fine Art Photographer | Pieratt Family

I first photographed the Pieratt Family in Austin last summer and we've done three sessions together since then. These photos are from our very first session together and this post is obviously long over due (as are most of my posts going up soon), but I wanted to start with this session because I love seeing the progression of how much the kids change from session to session. They now have another precious daughter that I got to photograph along with the rest of the family at their home in May!

This session is dear to my heart because the Pieratt's brought along a picture of their sweet angel baby, Moss, who they lost to SUDC. I had never heard of SUDC until we met, but their passion to raise awareness and funds for SUDC research is inspiring. They've started the Moss Pieratt Foundation in their son's honor and have already held their first annual MossFest that was so much fun to photograph.

The Pieratt's released blue balloons to heaven for Moss and then we had our session with their beautiful family. I can't believe how much their little girl, Madeline, has grown since these photos! Such a little cutie with the prettiest blue eyes...

Their slideshow is one of my favorites, so I had to add it to the post...some of the pictures are up above, but there are a few more here...

Make sure to leave some love for the Pieratt Family in the comments! To book your fine art family photography session, in Kansas City, Austin, or elsewhere (we love to travel)...go here.

Cake Smash Session and One Year Family Portraits at Commons Ford Park in Austin, Texas | Aspra Family

I had a blast photographing the Aspra family for Ryder's one year portraits and cake smash session! This little trio is so much fun and like all my client's kiddos, Ryder has the prettiest eyes. We walked around Commons Ford Park here in Austin, Texas before ending the session in the middle of the trail for his cake smash. This little cutie became the center of attention at the park as people were heading down to the water.

I tried to narrow the pictures down a bit, but the cake smash pictures were so hard, I already took some out, but the progression is just too cute! Ryder was so cautious with his cake at first and kept looking around, waiting for one of us to stop him from making a mess. He carefully took his hand from the cake to his face, leaving the cutest bright blue hand print on his mouth. We were cracking up!

Here's what Clara had to say about their session:

"Mallorie is awesome! She picked the most beautiful location for my son's 1st birthday cake smash and our family pictures! She is very patient and so talented! She got the most stunning pictures of my family! I will cherish them forever. I can't wait for her to take future pictures of my family." ≫≫ Clara Aspra, Austin, Texas.

...these still make me giggle. Notice the blue icing in his hair. ;) The icing on his face paired with his piercingly beautiful eyes is too much!

If you love the pictures as much as I do, please feel free to share anywhere you'd like...I really do appreciate any and every share from this page! And make sure to leave Ryder and family some love in the comments below.
